To meet our goals for a better future, we have established a ‘Sustainability Management’ division, which we are constantly developing.
Environmental
Ecological protection resources are valuable: We act in an effort to minimize the negative impact of our business activities on the environment. Our sustainability strategy seeks to make the construction of new buildings in the future climate-neutral – with groundbreaking development concepts for our own projects and those of external property developers. At the same time, we promote digital technologies and business models to conserve resources and to secure the benefits of our projects in the long term.
Social standards
A fair and sustainable working environment is for us the basis of cooperation with our business partners. All partners and contractors of our group of companies contractually agree to comply with all legal and tariff regulations. We attach great importance to the preservation of social standards, transparent processes, and the consistent enforcement of all legal and tariff provisions.
